Healthy Chilli



Ingredients:


* 3 lbs 93% fat-free ground Turkey

* 1/2 red onion

* 2 tbsp garlic

* 1 tsp pepper

* 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

* 1/2 tsp paprika

* Sliced jalapeños

* 3 cans of beans (kidney, black, your choice)

* 1 can diced tomatoes

* 1/2 cup sugar-free bbq sauce

* 3 tbsp sugar-free ketchup


Directions:

-Sauté onion and garlic.

-Add ground turkey and cook til meat is brown. Drain excess liquid.

-Add the rest of the ingredients and cook on low to medium heat for 30 mins.


Spinach salad was just spinach with balsamic vinegar, flaxseed oil and avocado.
